A message from Michael...
It seems that every part of life today has a coach of some sort! 
There is life coaching, executive coaching, life skills coaching, business coaching, work life balance coaching, stress management coaching...and so on.  

So what is resilience coaching

Like most people, you may have begun a new business, job, or project, because you have a specific skill/knowledge, you really enjoy it, or you saw an opportunity.  

However, just like the vast majority of people, you were probably not prepared for the huge amount of pressure, work and demand that come with that business, job or project.  

As a result, you find yourself feeling over-worked, stressed-out and run-down, resulting in:
  * Losing sight and focus of your initial vision and find yourself just being busy 'getting things done' 
    instead of creating an exciting future.
  * Working very hard, long hours, feeling stuck in a rut in what you are doing - and hence losing
    your confidence and motivation to be proactive, take initiative or do more than just 'get through'
    each day   
  * Spending less time on your needs, your health, weight, fitness - and seeing less of your family
    and friends.


      The reality is, the way in which you have managed (or have not managed)
         the pressure and intensity of work/life has led you into unproductive,
                                        stress-inducing work and living habits.



You probably already know what you need to do in order to achieve what you want from life...the problem is that you are not doing it!  

If your inaction is due to procrastination, self doubt, disorganisation, old beliefs, stress, overload or poor time management, the bounce back coaching program gets you past the barrier and compels you to take the action to reach your goals.
 
Too often excuses, distractions, poor time management, stress, work commitments, family needs, or a low self stops people from achieving what they really want in work and life.

The Bounce Back Resilience Coaching program shows you 'pressure proof' yourself by conditioning your mind and body to rise above your business, work and life pressures and accomplish what you want from life.  

The program covers how to handle stress and develop strategy, skills and techniques to cope with stressful situations - but the coaching program is a lot more than that.  You learn how to develop physical, mental and emotional resilience to the pressure in your work and life - so that your thrive and excel, instead of becoming stressed out and run down, when under pressure.

The Coaching program is not a psycho-analysis of your life, nor a discussion about processing a past hurt.....the coaching program is much like an anti venom for 'excuses'.  I quickly get the reasons why you are resisting taking action and help you to get over them.

You get coached by me - not by someone who has taken a weekend course in coaching or by someone who has no experience in the area of building resilience and bounce back.  I have done this work for over 12 years and have worked with literally thousands of people.

As your coach, my role is to facilitate, and keep you accountable, to taking action.

The program is specifically designed for people who have a lot at stake with their business/work and need to stay at ‘on the ball’, in control, and motivated in their work and life, so they can handle whatever challenge is thrown their way without becoming drained, tense or stressed out.

The program is to the point, short and results orientated.

What is involved with the program:
This one-to-one coaching is set out over 4 sessions, every 2 weeks.

Before we even start the program we clearly set out several goals that you would like to achieve over the next 1, 2 and 3 months

Each session is conducted over the telephone or using the internet and a headset (microphone).  Which means that, regardless of where in the world you live, I can run this coaching program with you.

After each coaching session, an action plan is documented - to which I hold you accountable to completing/taking action on.

You will be expected to send me a weekly email update to show whether you are 'on track' or 'off track' 
(I reply, with feedback, to each of your emails within 48 hours of receiving it). You can email me, as often as you like, with questions or issues you would like support and honest feedback with.

As part of the program, you will receive:
 *  A copy of my e-book 'Turn Stress into Energy & Enthusiasm' (downloadable)
 * The Resilience CD Series containing information and interviews on how to mentally, physically, 
   emotionally and spiritually become more resilient and bounce back fast from pressure.   
You will be required to read/listen to these before the end of the coaching program.

At the conclusion of your program, you will have practised and documented a set of skills, behaviours and insights that you can draw from for the rest of your life (so that you are not dependent on me to stay resilient) .
 

The program benefits:
This is a 'hands on' program, so you will implement the strategies and techniques to increase your working stamina, resilience and wellbeing.

Specifically, you will learn how to:
        * Set, stick to, and achieve your goals - and get over the excuses that stand in your way
        * Develop a resilient mental attitude to stay in control of your emotions
        * Increase your energy output by developing a resilient body structure
        * Have a sense of balance between your work and personal life
        * Immune yourself from draining clients, customers or colleagues
        * Sustain your wellbeing and prevent burning yourself out

The program is customised for each person, so we will focus more on the aspect you need to improve on.

The program includes:

 

  1. Four coaching sessions (approx. 45-60 minutes each).

  1. A one, two and three month achievement program.

  1. A copy of my e-book 'Turn Stress into Energy & Enthusiasm' (downloadable) . .

  1. Accountability and action plan program
