Managing people, delivering excellent service and building client rapport is greatly influenced by your ability to effectively deal with, and resolve, emotionally charged clients/customers, without becoming worked up or drained.   

In this seminar, you will learn the two essential skill sets required to be able to protect yourself from draining people – controlling your own emotions, and effectively dealing with emotionally charged people without becoming drained.

When you get upset it can throw your focus, productiveness and emotional wellbeing for the entire day.  People can only have that negative impact on you if you let them.  In the first part of this presentation, we will demystify the 4 components that make up your emotional resilience and show you how to increase your ability to control how you feel in almost any situation.

In the second part of the seminar, we will learn how to read other people's 'Pressure Patterns'.   Participants will be able to quickly identify why people get worked up, how they are likely to respond, and what you should be doing and saying (as well as not doing) to resolve the situation and keep them calm.

The program will draw on a resilient communication model, pressure patterns, body pressure zones and pressure profiles, so that participants will learn how to respond to people's different pressure patterns during situations of confrontation, client conflict, customer complaint, or during those times when they need to speak up
